The Single Day lease is a great option for therapists who have a small client load and do not need an office for a whole week. Rather than worry about subleasing a Full Term office, you can start small, with 1 day or even 2, and build up. You can choose a minimum of one day in a week and reserve that day for a year. These will be fully furnished offices. Single Day Leases require a one (1) year agreement and may be upgraded to a Full Term office lease, if office space is available.

We offer 1-3 year leases. Offices vary in square footage and have window or interior options. These offices may be furnished and decorated to your liking.
